Building a carbon-neutral future
At URSA, we are aware that climate change will increasingly impact the construction sector and our activities. Temperature fluctuations, changes in precipitation, and more frequent extreme weather events are all part of this reality. To address these risks, the sector aims to help achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement and become fully carbon neutral by 2050.
Our target is ambitious:
Reduce the intensity of our CO2 emissions by 35% compared to 2018 by 2030 and as part of Etex we have signed up to Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a UN process to further our decarbonisation ambitions.
